UK Road Races (ukroadraces.co.uk) is an independently operated website providing a race calendar, results listings, photo galleries, and race certificates for road races and running events, primarily across Lancashire and the North West of England. By using this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

UK Road Races is not the organiser of the races listed on this site. We provide information and tools (calendar, results, certificates) on behalf of, or in support of, independent race organisers. Entry into any race is subject to that event's own terms, set by its organiser.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another person's certificate or order using a download link that isn't yours
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the site
• Scrape or republish results data in bulk without permission

3. Race Results & Calendar Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure race calendar listings and results are accurate, but results are typically provided by race organisers or timing teams and may occasionally contain errors. If you believe your result is incorrect, please contact us and we will look into it as quickly as we can.

Race dates, locations, and details are subject to change by the organising club or committee — always check directly with the race organiser before travelling to an event.

4. Certificates

Race certificates purchased through this site (or provided free via a race organiser's bulk order) are generated automatically from official results data. We aim for accuracy, but cannot be held responsible for errors that originate in the underlying results data supplied to us.

Each certificate purchase provides you with a personal, non-transferable download link. This link does not expire and can be used to re-download your certificate at any time.

5. Refunds

If you experience a technical problem with your purchase (e.g. payment taken but no certificate received, or a certificate showing clearly incorrect information), please contact us at shoestring360@gmail.com and we will resolve this, including a refund where appropriate.

6. Liability

UK Road Races is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on information published on this site, including race details, results, or certificate content, beyond the value of any certificate purchase directly affected.

We are not responsible for the organisation, safety, or conduct of any race listed on this site — this remains the sole responsibility of each race's own organiser.

7. Third-Party Entry Links

Race entry links on this site (e.g. Let's Do This, BookitZone) lead to third-party platforms not operated by UK Road Races. Your use of those platforms, including any payment for race entry, is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.

8. Intellectual Property

The design, layout, and original content of this site are owned by UK Road Races / Kemset. Race posters and branding remain the property of their respective organisers and are used with permission for promotional purposes on this site.
