About the Event

The Blacksticks Blue 10K Road Race returns on Sunday 9th May 2027, starting at 10:00am from Whitechapel Village Hall, Church Lane, Whitechapel, near Inglewhite.

This popular event offers a beautiful rural route with sweeping views overlooking the Bowland Fells, making it a favourite for both local runners and visitors.

The race starts and finishes at Whitechapel Village Hall, creating a friendly community atmosphere and an easy hub for parking, toilets, and race‑day logistics. With a 300‑runner limit, early entry is recommended.

Every competitor receives a commemorative Blacksticks Blue Cheese, celebrating the race’s unique local character.
