All routes follow fast, flat and scenic paths along the riverside and surrounding pedestrian/cycleways, making this an ideal event for PB chasers, first‑timers, and families looking for a fun day out.

Half Marathon
A fast and flat course taking runners along the beautiful riverside and Lancaster’s cycle paths. All finishers receive a medal and T‑shirt, with prizes for the first 3 male and first 3 female runners.

10K
A quick and scenic route perfect for stepping up from 5K or targeting a new PB. All finishers receive a medal, with prizes for the top 3 male and female runners.

1K Family Fun Run
Starting at 11:05 AM, this fun run encourages families to dress up and bring their favourite soft toy. Children under 8 must run with an adult. All finishers wearing a race number receive a medal.
