The Midsummer 6K Fun Run is a friendly community event hosted at Lancaster Girls’ Grammar School, starting on Carr House Lane (LA1 1SW). Taking place on Monday 6th July 2026 at 7pm, this accessible 6K route is perfect for runners of all abilities — from club runners to families and first‑timers.
Expect a warm, supportive atmosphere with plenty of midsummer energy. Whether you're chasing a fast time or taking part in fancy dress for fun, this event is designed to bring people together and celebrate local running.
All finishers will receive a goody bag, and prizes will be awarded to top finishers as well as the best fancy dress.
