Privacy Policy — Neonixtry

Last updated: 1 June 2025  ·  Developer: Kemset  ·  kemset.digital@gmail.com

This Privacy Policy explains what information Neonixtry ("the game", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and your rights in relation to that information. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Who This Applies To

This policy applies to all users of Neonixtry on Android devices, including participants in any testing programme.

2. Information We Collect

Currently (Beta release), Neonixtry does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All game progress, settings, and scores are stored locally on your device only and are never sent to any server.

Specifically, the game does not collect:

3. Local Data Storage

The game saves your progress, high scores, settings (such as audio volume), and unlocked content to your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device in the current version. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the game.

4. Permissions

Neonixtry requests only the permissions required for it to function as a game on Android. No permission is used to collect or transmit personal information.

5. Children's Privacy

Neonixtry is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Because no personal data is collected in the current version, there is no additional risk to younger users. When online features are introduced in a future update, this section will be reviewed and updated accordingly.

6. Third-Party Services

The current Beta version of Neonixtry does not integrate any third-party services, advertising networks, or analytics platforms. No data is shared with any third party.

⚠ Future Update Notice When global leaderboards are added, this policy will be updated to cover: the player-chosen display name submitted with scores, score and stage data transmitted to ukroadraces.co.uk/kemset, server-side IP address logging, data retention period, and how players can request removal of their leaderboard entry.

7. Data Security

As no personal data is transmitted from the game in its current version, there is no associated transmission security risk. Local save data is stored in the app's private storage partition on your device, accessible only to the game itself.

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. In the current version, we hold no personal data whatsoever. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us using the details below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game's features change — in particular when online leaderboard functionality is introduced. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the game after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
